Smoking & Scuba Diving ( am i suiciding? )

Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide (CO), which is a poisonous gas that is odourless, tasteless and colourless. An increased level of CO in a smoker will reduce the ability of the red blood cells to carry oxygen. In addition, Cigarette smoke also contains nicotine, which acts as a vasoconstrictor and may therefore increase the risk of DCS.
It is the longer-term issues with smoking and diving that is of greater risk. This includes chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) that leads to reduced oxygen availability and an increase in carbon dioxide (CO2) retention in the body. This has been implicated as a factor in CNS oxygen toxicity.



DO CHANGES DURING MENSTRUATION POSE ANY RISK?
Again, there are no conclusive studies to answer this question. Repeated exposure to hyperbaric pressure has not been shown to affect hormone regulation, ovulation, or menstruation.
Many women are concerned that menstrual bleeding itself could attract sharks or other predators. However, with tampons this is simply not a problem. It is not even clear that it would be a problem without a tampon; the amount of blood that would be released into the water from menstruation during a 30 or 45-minute dive is minuscule. Some women have experienced a greater menstrual flow when diving, but this has not posed any significant problem either. Thus, it appears safe to dive during the menstrual period providing, of course, the woman feels healthy. Obviously any woman who suffers severe menstrual cramps, headaches, or other symptoms related to her period should refrain from diving until fully recovered.

First time cycling to work today, it was raining in the mourning and got myself full of sand and water but its worth it, if i take a bus i have to wake up and around 7am to prepare but by cycling i can wake up at 8am. the distance to the working place is only 10km. Compared to the 60km that i ride some weeks back it was only 1/6 of it. The time taken was only 35mins going at slow speed due to wet terrain.

Failure during lunchtime again, tried to get the number of the girl again but it failed. Reason for it is she is not pretty according to somebody :D. But does appearance matter? If its for appearance again then i think you should know what to do.

Guess i will have to do it myself tomorrow, as i am classified as 'no balls' in getting girls number, as i have mentioned before why in situation A i got 'no balls' and in situation B 'i will have balls'

thought of something quite funny today and I would like to share it, and that is about not letting anybody know who you are in love with, reason being if you tell other people who you are in love with, you definitely won't have the chance to tell the person that you love him/her because those people whom you told them about who you love will tell the person whom you are in love with before than you do. And the next thing you know is that you are being 'rejected'. LOL The thing is did you even confess? If no then why are you being rejected? Rejected for what?

what a boring day, playing with ragnarok online for the whole god damn day. But today this game and some of the players thought me something about the gameplay. As my game job is crusader, I serve my party members by casting the skill devotion on them, and the effect of the skill is like machiam devoted to them and that is my crusader is somehow connected to them and whatever dmg dealt to them will be transfered to me. And the bad thing is the healer was stupid enough to not heal me in time when my health is low, he just stands there and watch and when trying to take all the damage my party member takes, I eventually died.

And who lose out? I am the one, my exp got deducted and they were all just "dots" and they logged out in the end. FUCK THEM AND I AM NOT GONNA PLAY WITH THEM ANYMORE
